On April 5, 2025, Americans in every corner of the country took to the streets as part of the historic 50501 Movement’s Hands Off Protest. This powerful map preserves that moment, showcasing carefully selected protest signs from cities across all 50 states.

A Panoply of American Voices

Each sign tells a story—expressions of hope, anger, frustration, patriotism, and activism that together create a mosaic of American consciousness during this pivotal moment. From handmade cardboard declarations to artistic banners, this map captures the creativity and conviction of everyday citizens standing up for what they believe in. The map’s colors represent voting results from the 2024 Presidential election.
